By using Lucid Calendar ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
The Service allows users to generate PDF versions of their calendar events and store them in a designated location.
The Service requires authentication through Firebase Authentication.
The Service does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
3. User Responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication credentials.
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
4. Subscription & Payment
ome features may require a paid subscription, managed via Stripe.
Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
5. Data Usage & Privacy
Calendar data is accessed with user consent and is not stored permanently.
We do not sell or distribute your data to third parties.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
